Organizational and tracking companion for improved well-being
Aim
The project aims to help young students aged 18-24 manage stress by developing a mobile app and a minimalistic wearable bracelet. The app provides tools for task management, mindfulness exercises, mood and sleep tracking, and educational resources. The bracelet collects health data like heart rate and activity levels without visual distractions. The project follows a user-centered design approach, refining prototypes through user feedback to ensure customization, accessibility, and intuitive design. The goal is to empower students to manage their stress and improve their mental health effectively, with future work focusing on broader accessibility and enhanced user experience.
